Excellent and patient customer service pre ordering...every question I asked was answered fully and assurances given that if the mattress that I purchased wasnt suitable then I would be able to exchange it hassle free and I even got a 100 day sleep trial to make sure I got the chance to test the mattress to make sure it was ok.

Post sale I needed to change delivery date - one call sorted that and they even gave me a courtesy call a day later to confirm everything.

Went to dreams to research a new mattress for my bed, didn’t intend to buy at first. I wanted to see and feel actual mattresses and try the sleep match system to find a good mattress for me. The colleague who helped me, Jackie, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. The sleep match system made a few suggestions, Jackie showed me them and showed me a few more options, in various price ranges. I was more than happy with the service and I decided to buy one there and then. I even got some pillows as well.

Amelia and her colleague were extremely helpful as they went out of their way to ensure that we purchased the correct bed for our son. They ended up staying late at work and did not complain at all they were more than happy to help and they made us feel so important. They searched and worked with us for about an hour until were happy. Amelia ensured that we had the best deal for that we could get. This is the second bed we have bought from here and the quality is amazing. Extremely happy and will always come back here and recommend.

What made my experience great was simply Jackie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable which aided me greatly in purchasing bed and mattress.

The staff were delightful, professional and knew exactly how to help me! I tried the sleepmatch machine to get an idea of my perfect mattress and it was a very interesting experience! Ended up buying a mattress I knew would be perfect for me.

Absolutely fantastic service by the girls at this branch! I had a sleep analysis and was matched up to my mattress. Amelia was just fab, she understood & met my needs. Myself & daughter was offered a nice hot drink whilst we tried my mattress for comfort! I honestly could have dozed off! I was looked after 100% at the store, let down by the ware house as no fixings came with the bed. I contacted the store and spoke to Paul the manager who sent me the fixings from another store the very next day. Amelia then went on to proceed my refund for putting the bed up as I had to get my son in law to do this for me. The Crewe store / staff made my buying experience 💯 with excellent customer care and service! Well done girls! & thank you so much for my goodies as compensation for the delivery mix up! Would not hesitate to recommend Dreams Crewe to anyone thinking of buying a bed! Thank you all xx

Fantastic, quick and helpful service. Provided a range of products tailored specifically to our needs for us to select from.

EDITED: DO NOT BOTHER PAYING FOR EXTRA INSURANCE, they will not replace the mattress even if it has sagged (memory foam mattress are absolutely rubbish). We paid ALOT for our mattress thinking it was a good one and even took out the extra insurance but it’s a con, the mattress would need to be ran over by a JCB truck a 1000 times before they pay out and I’m not sure they would then. They actually do a string test to see if it’s sagged enough (with a weight on each end) and if it hasn’t which no foam will ever show faulty using their system you will not get a replacement. They’re not interested that you’re waking up every day with back pain.
So shame on Dreams for selling the extra insurance when they know full well that it will never pay out. We won’t be using dreams again because of this.

During the delivery the gentlemen knocked over two ornamental pigs damaging an ear on one and a leg on the other, the gentlemen was very apologetic and said he would have to report the incident. Since the incident i have treated fairly and i am now a very satisfied customer. Many Thanks

the staff at Crewe were very helpful.this mattress was a replacement as it had a fault there was no messing about .inspected product no is ands or buts.Bed was replaced within a week prompt fast service .Cant say more really fast helpful all round

Natalie was extremely helpful with my order for my mattress and bed! She helped me to split my order to ensure i receive items available immediately and then the bedframe which i was aware had a waiting time, when it becomes available. She explained all my annoying little questions with extremely professionalism. PS. Best coffee ever!

Pleasant friendly service. Price was what I expected to spend. Knowledgeable assistant, would shop in store again if I need another new bed.
