Pleasant and helpful staff.
Staff were very helpful in assisting us to choose a new mattress. Delivery time was arranged for a few days after purchase and delivery team were very professional and took old mattress away.

Great sales and service
From the help of Robert in the Dumfries store to the delivery in to our bed room we were very satisfied with the service. No pushy sales, information on products knowledgeable. Delivery times and date updated regularly and on time.
Products easy to install and of good quality. Very satisfied and would recommend Dreams.

In store better than online
Mike was friendly and helpful as soon as we came in, he got the mix right of giving us information and support while giving us time to make our own decision, he was also very patient while we changed our minds about what options we wanted. Going into the store was much better than online, we could test out the beds but we also understood our choices better with the information provided by staff and the mattress choosing machine. Actually a very relaxing experience all round. I'm not someone who likes to spend money but by going into the store I felt reassured that spending more was worthwhile.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service from start to finish. Visited Dreams in Dumfries. Staff were extremely helpful and full of much needed information. Delivery was quick, the two lovey lads who done the delivery were excellent.
