Rip off! Awful customer service
We bought the Hopkins super king bed from the West Ealing shop. During delivery, the team could not bring it upstairs as the stairs is tight for headboard size and the team did not want to take any risk of damaging the walls or the bed. Although they took the bed boxes back in original packaging, they would not accept cancelling the order and refunding the money! We weren't told at all that there is no way for a refund while at the shop, nor did we sign up for anything like this! Never heard of a reputable company without a refund policy! To make things worse the branch does not tell you anything about this! Total rip off! Not worth the headache! Almost every other provider allows for returning the goods back minus the delivery costs. Would never recommend using this company.
I also have posted this same review on Dreams' website, and it got removed by their moderator! makes you wonder how much the reviews are actually representative.
Edit: Dreams eventually accepted to refund and cancel the order
