Showroom staff were brilliant
Showroom staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Delivery staff were great, checked where we wanted the beds, and installed three beds in no time. One of the staff put overshoes on when he entered the house and the other took his boots off. Very polite and courteous. As for the beds, they are a dream. Very comfortable, love the colour, and fit in the room a treat.

Not a great experience
Pilot holes in wrong place, screws too small to fit the bracket, falling straight through the hole ! Damaged side pandel. Not a good experience using Dreams

Headboard.
Product (headboard) was exactly as expected and arrived in good order and on time. Delivery guy was pleasant and carried it up to second floor.
This is in contrast to our previous experience where the bed we ordered was damaged on arrival and it was difficult to get it exchanged. In fact on that occasion it was more a case or nightmares than dreams.

Disappointed that our last mattress…
Disappointed that our last mattress only lasted 6 years, & despite several complaints & 2 visits from you insurance inspectors we felt we had no choice but order a new mattress. Hope the new one last the recommended 8 years. But 2 weeks in were happy with it. But the guys in store were fab

Time for a new bed.
The delivery guys, Gareth and Ryan, arrived nice and early, very friendly and professional. They collected the old bed and delivered the new one very efficiently and carefully respecting our property and belongings. So started off very well.
The new bed is extremely comfortable and is a much better size for our room giving us more workable space.
Mattress is firm giving correct support and an overall good night’s rest.
Also must say that Elliot the staff member who initially served us at the store was a very pleasant, professional and friendly person.
Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Perfection not to be rushed
It was so nice to be told not to rush, take your time; lie on the beds for as long as you like. This of course was after using the diagnostic bed to ascertain which style of mattress suited my sleep and body pattern.

First class service …
From walking into dreams to having our bed delivered was first class, we didn’t feel pressured into buying a new bed or mattress but were left to look around then was shown the suitable mattresses, we was offered a drink then when we decided which bed & mattress we wanted was given several options for delivery. When our bed was delivered the delivery drivers were also first class, we had chosen the option to have the bed delivered to the front door & removal of the old bed, the whole thing took about 10 minutes, everything was placed neatly in my hallway with the drivers arriving at the exact time they quoted. I would definitely use dreams again & would happily recommend them to family & friends.

Informative and patient
