Paula from Dreams gave us such a wonderful customer experience. She was very welcoming, took her time to explain everything well and gave us plenty of options for mattresses to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her product knowledge is fantastic. We are delighted with our new mattress. Paula deserves a special mention for her outstanding customer service.

Excellent service from Ashley & a young colleague at Straiton, Edinburgh. I reckon they must have a degree on beds as they are both so knowledgeable! A very pleasant visit to the store - time will tell the quality of my purchase but I expect this to be excellent.

The delivery men were extremely helpful in putting the delivery boxes in a convenient place for me

I bought a mattress, the next day I knew it was not for me, called them to return it as I couldn't find something else that suited me in their showroom, they refused and gave me no option but to choose a replacement which I ended up helplessly doing, and now I'm stuck with another mattress that worth £1400 and not at all comfortable, simply because they don't allow returns even though I've had the mattress cover on, and used it for a couple of nights! Terrible T&Cs!

They young guy was very nice and knowledgeable vey courteous and took his time explaining the differences with the mattresses

The staff in the shop were really helpful but not in a pushy way. The person who served us was excellent and gave us privacy and time to decide what we wanted to buy. He then came up with different options and prices. It was a good experience and I would recommend the shop to friends and family. The staff are obviously trained very well to deal with customers.

After a bad experience with an online bedstore, my Daughter and I went shopping for mattresses and we were met at Dreams Straiton Store by a very welcoming lady called Paula.
I was looking to buy new mattresses for my adjustable bed but I had no real idea of the firmness that I needed.
Paula was so professional, explaining the different types of mattress which would suit my needs after asking very nicely for a few details.
Paula helped me with the Sleepmatch machine, an experience which I had never had before. It was really enlightening and helped me to see the type of mattress which would suit me. During this time Paula made us a hot chocolate, which was very enjoyable. Whilst trying different mattresses Paula demonstrated various pillows and, as a result, my Daughter and I now both have a Tempur Cloud Air SmartCool soft pillow to enjoy.
I not only await two beautiful mattresses but I have covers for them and a lovely pillow. She also explained the warranties and the cancellations and returns policy.
All in all great shopping experience and I can guarantee Paula is the perfect sales person. Thank you Paula.

Assistant in Straiton store, Paula, very helpful in helping us to choose a suitable mattress. Store held mattress until we were ready to take delivery altho this was several weeks. Delivery very efficient. Excellent work all round
