Good experience
From the moment we walked through the showroom door until our new bed was delivered a couple of weeks later, everyone from Dreams was kind, respectful and very helpful. It was a good experience. Also, we like the bed.

I note that the free delivery was selected, and the store team did advise that the free delivery service was delivery to inside the door. We do offer a room of choice delivery service for a small fee and the store team did inform you of this, but this was not selected.

Superb from start to finish
Friendly informative non-pushy salesman gave me choices and time to consider and reconsider. Delivered bang on time and seriously the best sleep I had in ages!
And all very affordable with plenty of payment options. Really happy with Dreams.

Had such a lovely experience at the Dreams in Farnborough. Mark was so helpful, letting us analyse our sleep positions and then using the data to recommend the best mattress for us!
We ended up getting the first mattress he showed us, waiting for it to be delivered next week and we’re so excited for a great nice sleep!

We are delighted with our Sofa Bed
We are delighted with our Sofa Bed. The staff in Farnborough were very helpful The delivery was exactly as we were told it would be. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed the sofa bed could not be faulted. This is not the first time we have used Dreams and we would not hesitate to use them again.
