The salesman new everything about the different options available and was very helpful

Recently made a purchase for my children’s room earlier this month at the Dreams outlet in Hayes and was greeted by a professional member of their sales team who helped in mapping the correct mattress to then shortlisting the correct bed according to my specifications. So happy was I with their service that the 2nd bed & mattress that we needed was purchased from them too. A great shout out to both the sales team member who helped in getting what we needed.

After a session on the 'Sleepmatch', several mattress recommendations were returned.

We tried all of them and quickly came to a conclusion; they were all good. It just came down to choice and budget.

After a conference with my wife a choice was made and delivery arranged.
Now for the surprise, the selected mattress was on offer and so was 50% off.

I saved so much that I bought a second mattress for my wife's daughter so that was a bonus.

The whole experience was pleasant and unrushed, refreshments were served at checkout and all staff were friendly and welcoming.

I commented that I would have liked more choice of firmness of matress for a small single bed in the store where we bought the beds.

Great product… Great costumer experience… Great value for money. We just bought beds and mattresses for our new house from Dreams. The quality of the products are the best in the market. We loved the whole process and had a great customer experience. I would like to mention the sales person Edmund in the feltham store. He is a wonderfully skilled sales person with warm and welcoming personality. He made the purchasing process really smooth and simple, explained us about the products and buying schemes properly.

Perfect bed, sterdy and very good make. Too easy to assemble.

Went to Dreams- Feltham to order my bed. The person who assisted me was wonderful and patient. Suggested the bed as per my budget and even provided me with free pillows :)
On time delivery, I had paid for the setup and the team did it fantastically. The mattress is very soft and is a "Dream" to sleep in.

Dreams is always my first choice for good mattress and bed frames. Delivery guys are always fantastic and they assemble and take away all the packaging.
