Great customer service both in the purchasing process and the delivery/assembly.

Fantastic customer service! The best customer service I’ve received from a store in a very long time. The lady who was in the shop was great, and the delivery men were too. I wish customer service like this existed everywhere. Delighted.

Dreams is one of the few bed shops open in Central London. We dealt with Riccardo (and Havina) were both friendly and informative (some of the other staff we didn't gel with ... although that could be as much about us).

One thing, don't be fooled by the mouthwatering discounts suggested on TV as they apply to very few products in store. But if you put that aside I'd still suggest visiting the store at least to see what they have on offer.

Dreams - Fulham - Ricardo served us and he could not have been more helpful nor knowledgeable and answered all my questions re mattress and the support they offered for bad backs so all in all a very good experience. Could not praise it more. But have not had the mattress yet as it is being made.

James, the assistant, was very attentive - he listened to our conversations and contributed; advising us of options and personalizing them to family members. I returned with my son a few days later and he remembered his name from the conversation - impressive. Order form was completed quickly. We went to the Fulham store to purchase our new bed. Havina served us and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The store had a great range of products and we enjoyed having our sleep analysed by the in store machine. Would definitely recommend the store and Havina.

She used a scanner to evaluate the best mattress for the way you sleep and I thought it was amazing.
She has a lot of knowledge of the products she sells and I can't be happier with the mattress that I bought.

I visited the shop in Fulham- the bed specialist was knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered just the bed frame as for the mattress was not entirely sure on the cost value which seemed a bit overpriced. Efficient Delivery and Assembly, the guys were on time, polite and friendly.
They remove their shoes before entering my property and let the place untouched.
