Good and bad
From ordering in-store to the delivery pleasantly surprised. The guy in store # Medway @ Andrew was accommodating and responsive.
The only issue the pins attached to the bottom of the ottoman was done shabbily and against safety measures.

Our experience was very pleasant. jamie explained which mattress was best suited to our needs and i'm very happy with my choice. its just the right firmness and doesnt retain too much heat. Both sales reps were extremely helpful without being too coercive. i am considering buying a new Divan couch because of the quality of the products and service i received.

Happy experience
Took the bed test and advised on several mattresses. The one we chose is cool to the touch and really comfy giving an excellent night’s sleep. Sales person was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Also happy with purchase of headboard and another single divan base.
