Great service from start to finish

Our experience with Dreams was very good. The sales assistant was informative about the products he was selling and was pleasant and friendly. Our decision rested on two mattresses and the assistant gave us the pros and cons on both. There was no pressure to buy and we were given time to discuss between ourselves and think about the choice we were making. We settled for a Tempera memory foam mattress and are absolutely delighted with it. The delivery service was excellent and went smoothly. Having been informed on the procedure with regard to delivery, it followed through to the letter. Again, the delivery personal were pleasant and considerate in their approach. All in all we are very satisfied in our dealings with Dreams

At Dreams you will be guided from start to finish by their warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The decision to purchase a new bed or mattress is a big one and you need to feel like your needs and requirements are being considered, this is exactly what you get at Dreams. The process is explained to you and you won't feel like you're being pushed into buying something. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

My son loves his new bed, luckily I've not had any problems getting him up in the mornings.

Whilst we have taken delivery of the mattress we are still waiting for the delivery of the bed base, which is scheduled fir mid march so have not slept on the mattress to date

The bed is comfortable and I am able to relax on it with my condition.

I almost didn’t go into the Dreams Gloucester store due to a bad experience a few years earlier. My plan was to go to a rival bed store (which just happens to be next door) however for the purposes of comparison I went in. I was greeted by a friendly young man called Jack who was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and (more importantly) not in the slightest bit pushy. I was encouraged to try the sleep matcher to give me an idea of what suited me best and then he showed me a range of those options. He left me alone a few times to mull over my thoughts about choice way before talking about money. He cleverly offered me a choice of pillows to try with different beds without even trying to sell them (and I certainly wasn’t planning on buying pillows but did order 2!) I didn’t order there and then because I wanted to mull it over (it’s not a decision to take lightly when it’s a lot of money) and he was not in the least bit pushy. I took the store number and 4 hours later I rang him and placed my order. I’ve got to wait a few weeks now for delivery as those hours I wasted cost me an extra week of delivery slots but it’s no problem. The recycling bag for my old mattress arrived within 2 days and my pillows and mattress cover arrived the day after. I can’t believe how easy the whole process was and can’t wait to try my new bed. My spare bed could do with a new mattress too and Dreams will 100% be my first choice from now on. Thank you.

Really pleased with our new Dreams king size mattress, very comfortable. The communication from Dreams was first class and a very efficient delivery service.

Delivery men first class also salesman very please with purchase.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We used the Sleepmatch Machine and then were allowed to test the mattress we were matched too, a brilliant concept. The whole process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

Faultless staff at this store - cannot praise these guys enough in every aspect of looking after a customer.
If I had to add some constructive criticism - you could make it clearer that you are a separate store from the guys next door who also sell beds.
