Very happy with our dealings with Dreams Harlow Store. The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of the products (we were served by Joshua). The delivery team that came (Josh and Wayne) were also excellent, showing respect for our home by taking great care during the delivery, from wearing shoe covers to asking for photo frames to be taken off of the wall in the downstairs hallway so they were not knocked off during the delivery of a very heavy (superking size mattress). Great service! Would recommend.

The Dream company are honest people. They deliver their products as promised. Their products are quality 👌. I have bought two beds at different times at Dreams company.

Went into store to look for a bed frame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Buying process was easy. They kept me up to date with all delivery information. Delivered on the day they said it would be and delivery drivers friendly and extremely helpful. Built bed with not too much difficulty. Is great.

The staff member that served us was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She explained everything as we went along and with her help we purchased a new bed and mattress.

Jess at Dreams in Harlow was very knowledgeable and Friendly. It was an easy and pleasant experience buying a bed at this branch. Her customer service is exceptional, not pushy , such a lovely Girl.
My Husband and i spent 90 minutes in store took our time deciding which mattress was suitable with no pressure from any staff in store. We used the sleep match technology and had a giggle whilst it calculated the best mattress for our needs. .The Sleepmatch process uses “3D fit technology” to analyse thousands of calculations to measure your movement and support needs. It then recommends which bed is suitable . Such a clever invention. Highly recommend this Branch .

Not their fault as in a new build they got lost and had to direct them. But one got a little shirty about it, other guy was lovely. Sofa is great nice and comfy. Guy in shop was also lovely.

I've been looking for a new mattress for a while. The current one is about eight years old.

I was greeted by Jess. She showed me to the bad analyser contraption. It popped out some recommendations, none of which I liked. They all felt too firm for my liking, so Jess took me around to some softer beds, and I found one that I liked.
