Carl was very patient, knowledgeable and didnt pressure us at all. He took the time to explain all sorts of options and really knew his stuff. We ended up with a great deal, and really looking forward to our new mattress arriving!

The young guy was very polite and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

Punctual and friendly. Unfortunately did not assemble middle lower wood of bed with balance down to touch floor. Also my drawer was damaged at end of bed so need’s replacing. The lads otherwise did a good job. Still waiting for £30 as no bed was taken for disposal. Staff in shop was excellent.

I had saved really hard to buy an new bed and off bed shopping,I hadn’t gone to dreams first as I had fallen in love with a bed in another shop so off it went with my hard earned cash to purchase this bed,unfortunately it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for and the salesman was totally uninterested and very unhelpful,so I left the shop totally deflated and fed up,when a lovey lady in dreams could see on my face I had just left the shop next door totally beaten!! She opened the door and persuaded me and my sister in for coffee,gave me the time I deserved and talked me through every type of bed and mattress in the shop never rushed or pressured to buy,and I did leave with the bed almost the same as the previous one I had fallen in love with and it actually cost less!! From start to finish finish the whole process was seamless,emails to let me know the bed would be arriving to the delivery drivers calling on the day,a perfect service all round.
I’ve had lots of joint issues and I have to say they are so much better since having my beautiful new bed.

From the moment I walked in the store Noel was so helpful and did everything possible to make finding the right mattress for me so easy. He is an asset to the company. Thank you Noel 😊

Sales assistant very helpful. The delivery time was good. The extra charge for delivery to room of choice over and above the standard delivery charge is extortionate especially if older and getting a heavy mattress upstairs would be impossible.

Bed and mattress installed as requested. Both items installed by 2 man team who were quick, clean and tidy. Bed and mattress both of the quality expected

I was kept informed throughout the process & the mattress is comfy! The cost of the bed & mattress was very acceptable.

The find your bed machine was very accurate for us. staff member was friendly but not pushy. showed us all the beds recomended for us to choose from. gave us our choice of pillow that we would normally use at home. gave us plenty of time to discuss & decide what we wanted. had the new base & mattress for 10 days now & allthough the mattress is heavy to turn it seems ok for comfort so far.
