We were treated very respectfully and the sales assistant Anna was very helpful and patient with us. It was lovely to try the mattress out and compare it with others and this helped with our final decision.

Excellent service. Lorna at Hereford was really knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Made us feel really comfortable. Very confident in the product we bought, and we were even happy to be shown a better mattress that we went for in the end!

Good advice given, help in choosing

Anna at the Hereford store was amazing for us! We went in not having a clue on what we wanted as we were coming from a 13+ year old mattress. Feels like she knew us really well after testing just a few mattresses, she was very patient with us and we feel like we have found a perfect match.

As requested I was left by myself to wander round the store studying everything until I asked for assistance, I then had excellent help and bought. my new bed !

Lovely customer service and very pleased with the service. Came in looking for an adjustable bed but decided against it… advised that the mattress advised would be just as beneficial.

Lorna was very helpful & explained things perfectly. Let me try a wide range of mattresses & explained what each one was on price & what would be suited to me. Even made me a hot drink. Not an easy decision buying a mattress. But she made it that bit easier.

Delivered on time , very good service.

The service we received in the store was excellent. Chris helped us select the right bed for us. Delivery was on schedule and the delivery men were efficient and knowledgeable about the product. Good experience all round.

Everything went smoothly with the delivery. Quality of purchase really good. Pleased with everything that Dreams provided from quality service to politeness of helpful delivery people. Many thanks - will recommend!

Very helpful. Delivered the bed when we were ready for it

Sales pitch was ok, Lady named Chris, there were mattresses with different features to try.
Delivery we would have liked some paperwork to show that what was delivered was what we had ordered. We would have liked the protective corners of the mattress to have been removed once the mattress was on the bed, we are elderly and the mattress is heavy.
The mattress is 3 inches shorter than the bed, our previous one wasn’t.
We phoned a couple of days before delivery and to specify the afternoon for delivery, I had a meeting with a police lady in the morning. The person who
Answered the phone ( not Chris) was unhelpful, spoke of extra charge and having to change the date.

All the staff in the shop and delivery guys was all very polite and friendly.
