Excellent customer service in shop. Arrived on time as arranged. Good price mattress. Very comfortable.

We went to have a look and have ended up with the most amazing sleep ever!
Daniel was brilliant, we went to just see what sort of matteress we needed as we had been Internet searching for ages, we decided we needed to test some out. Daniel explained the dreams sleep assessment on their scanning beds which takes away so much confusion and assesses what is best for you and how you sleep. We ended up with an amazing deal on a bed and matteress and now having it for over a week it the best money I have spent. Your sleep quality is so important so investing in this was worth it. Both my husband and I have never felt more comfortable and slept so well. My advice, go see Daniel, get your bed scan done and invest in your sleep!

We were invited to lay on a special mattress to analyse our sleeping positions, then shown a number of mattresses suitable for us both. We were given a pillow and time on our own to try the mattresses. The whole process was very relaxing, yet helpful

Buying the mattress was a good experience as the sales staff left us to it. We were not offered that stupid machine, for which I’m grateful. They gave us what we asked for, so no complaints there. The delivery was slightly odd. The younger delivery person was helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The older guy sat in the lorry and basically did nothing. My partner had to help the younger driver bring down our old mattress at one point. But that being said, it was a good experience. However, if the mattress of our choice had been cheaper online, we would have purchased it there.

All the staff have been great. I couldn't be happier with my new mattress! From the very first night, the difference has been incredible. I haven't slept this well in such a long time. It's honestly transformed my nights. A big thank you for helping me choose the best mattress to suit me.

Great in-store experience and great help to choose our new mattress, but no pressure to purchase. Delivery on time and the team were great on the day. Would recommend you to others.

It’s very nice

On entering the store I was greeted by friendly staff, listening to what I wanted and taking me through the whole process of the sleep match bed, then showing me mattresses that met with my criteria. Delivery was really quick and the delivery team very pleasant. Since the arrival of my new mattress I have had the best sleep I have had in years. Very pleased with my purchase

The staff were very helpful from the store to the men delivering them. All beds have been made up and I am very pleased with the mattresses I chose .

Excellent service from shop to delivery, very pleased with the bed.

We were welcomed into the store by Chris, who helped us find exactly what we needed. He then asked Masie to assist further, and she took over the purchase. We enjoyed a lovely cup of tea while trying several beds and mattresses before sealing the deal.

Masie offered insurance, which I initially declined. However, as our bed is a therapeutic model with movable parts, I later reconsidered and contacted your call centre. The adviser I spoke to was extremely helpful and guided me through the process with ease.

You should be very proud of your staff — their professionalism and friendliness are exactly why we keep coming back to Dreams time and time again.

For a guest bedroom bed and will be sparingly used, it seems like a good purchase.
But the side tables - the drawers dont function smoothly, they are quite stiff to open and close.
I have applied some Wd-40 and hopefully after some use may be alright.

There was a lot of choice for delivery and delivery men were very good, polite and knew what they was doing.
