We bought a great mattress which has turned out to be just right for us. This was achieved through the most helpful staff member in the team at kidderminster. Jason supported us to make our choice and the additional goods we purchased all of which we are happy with. We will definitely shop there again.

Great service and choice
The shop assistants were great very helpful, very flexible delivery dates. The only downside was that I was not told that I needed to pay extra for assembly.

Matress and topper
Delivery of matress prompt and after using your sleep diagnostic machne(?) the bed is v comnfortable and I am getting a good nights sleep.
However the matress topper supplied is causing problems; due to its' strechy sides my sheet is constantly getting rucked up which looks shoddy and is sometimes uncomfortable.

The team were really helpful
The team were really helpful and spent hours with us choosing the right bed and mattress. Buying a bed is a purchase that will last you years. You need to feel that you are walking out with the right product for you and we definitely felt this.
