It was a wonderfully pleasant experience. The technology to match you to the perfect bed was amazing. Sadie was helpful and knowledgeable, giving us time and space to discuss things.

After the fitting experience and recommendations I was able to take time to make my decision.
Delivery was quick and was given updates closer to the day at regular intervals making it easier to plan my delivery day.

Absolutely amazing service from entering the shop to having the mattress delivered unwrapped and put on my bed!!!
Oh and the mattress is so comfortable….best nights sleep in a long time….10/10

The young lady who greeted us in store was very helpful without being pushy and the delivery was on time. The two young men who delivered were excellent, and feet covered without having to ask!

Everything that Dreams had said happened, phoned and advised delivery, delivery men were absolutely lovely, could not fault this company, love our bed, pillows, sleep like logs

So I had an unplanned visit to dreams at the weekend and was instantly greeted by Lucie as I walked in. I wasn't sure what kind of mattress I needed but she advised us to test out some fancy machine that recommends mattresses. The first one shown was also the most expensive and the best one 😭. I wasn't local to kings Lynn so left, I tried to visit my local store but wasnt approached for over 10 mins so I wasn't keen on continuing with this store so got on the bus for a 3 hour round trip!!
I was greeted once again as I entered, offered a lovely hot drink (they could do with a coffee machine though!!)
I have a mattress now coming earlier than expected.
Everyone is friendly in that store.
Would happily return/send friend and family.
Lucie is extremely friendly and pleasant and a lovely addition to your work force.

I was very happy with the level of assistance & helpfulness. The sleep Match machine came up with a comfortable option for me & the store assistant explained everything in detail. No fuss & I'm looking forward to my new mattress.

Matt and his team at the Kings Lynn branch are brilliant. Really helpful when I needed a mattress comfort swap and took the time to help to make sure I got it right.
