The single firm mattress we chose was for a adjustable bed frame for my husband who suffers from Parkinsons I must say he is having the best nights sleep ever, so pleased with dreams for the service we recieved in choosing the right one, to having it delivered on time , thank you to all .

I walked in having never bought a headboard before and I wanted to quickly navigate all the options and figure out what really matched my taste and vision.
Pricing and specs were very clear so I could make an informed pre-selection easily and without wasting time.
Then, Phil came over to validate my choices and offered great information to support my decision making.
He was not pushy, but informative, friendly and super helpful.

Right from our purchase to our delivery its been fantastic the lady that served was so helpful, the delivery drivers were great and gave us information on what to do, We absolutely love our new bed, its so comfy.

The analysis in the shop enabled ux to be shown a range of suitable mattresses from which we quickly chose our favourite. Delivery all as expected and we are very happy with our choice. The gel mattress has needed airing as per the instructions to get rid of the smell but this had now gone within the timeframe in the manual. Very comfortable and the Ottoman base has loads of storage space.

I was able to select a new mattress easily when I visited the Knaresborough store. I was able to buy a mattress that suited my preferences and at a price I could afford. The assistant was helpful and had a pleasant manner. Delivery went to plan. I have slept on the mattress for a few weeks now and have found it to be very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase from Dreams.

Checking what type of mattress I need based on my body shape and how I lie on the bed. This helped to find the right type of bed for me. And the mattress I eventually chose has been very comfortable.

We purchased a headboard. Colour as expected and no issues. Given a date for delivery. Once it was due we had communication regrading the time slotslot from driver, and it arrived when expected.

Sarah at the Knaresborough store was excellent. Mum who is 88 needed a new bed and mattress and Sarah was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Great choice of beds and mattresses. We ordered both and delivery is in couple of weeks.

Enjoyable visit to showroom. Darren was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The whole experience through to delivery and assembly went very smoothly.
