We are really pleased
We are really pleased with the 2 mattresses and one bed frame we recently purchased. The service in the store was excellent, as were the delivery people, and the products feel well made, sturdy and super comfortable. The bed frame was really easy to put together too and everything is included in the box so no extra tools needed.

Great service all round
Lots of staff available in the store and good helpful service. Very quick delivery time options and the recycling service is helpful too. The delivery updates were spot on and the guys were really helpful.

My first time buying a mattress and I needed two! I didn't know where to start. Phil, in the Knaresborough store, guided me through the whole process. His knowledge was uncapped! I felt no pressure to buy on the day. Phil really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my purchases.

My wife and I found the new mattress…
My wife and I found the new mattress that we were looking for. The staff at the store were very helpful and we didn't feel at all pressured into buying something. Not the cheapest of places though, but we're enjoying better sleep now that the new mattress has been delivered.

Happy customers
From walking into the store to having a fantastic sleep on our new mattress the experience was brilliant. We were greeted by Phil who explained the system in place to find our perfect mattress. He showed us about 6 mattresses that would suit us and then left us to try each one independently. Once we had chosen Phil, dealt with the paperwork and explained all of the options avaliable to us. The communication from the delivery team was excellent, giving us plenty of notice as to when to expect them. They removed our old mattress for recycling and place the new on on our bed with minimal fuss and utmost respected for our property. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Great service and no pressure sales…
We were given pillows and allowed to take our time choosing a mattress. There was no pressure to buy there and then so we took a few days and tried elsewhere before returning to Dreams. Our new bed is very smart and the mattress very comfortable. The only disappointment was we didn't get to keep the fantastic pillows!
