The knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff gave good advice and without the hard sell. The bed and mattress arrived bang on time and the delivery men were very quick and professional. Best nights sleep I've had in ages.

We nipped in to try a bed we’d seen online and unfortunately didn’t like it - but Harrison (Knaresborough store) walked us through all the firm mattresses, didn’t rush us and helped us find our perfect fit.

The Assistant was knowledgeable and put me on the test bed to determine the firmness. He showed me a number of suitable matresses asking if we wanted coffee / tea. He exhibited patience and good humour towards us. Paying and concluding business was good and quick and subsequently I changed the delivery date, which was not a problem. The delivery men were good - ringing to say they would be with me between 10 and 11 and then turned up half an hour early! Very quick and professional and put shoe coverings on before entering. Good positive experience!

Three weeks in and no complaints so far , the delivery was superb , up 3 flights of stairs for me in no time at all . The bed itself is comfy although there is a slight feeling of falling towards the edge . So far so good , hope I can do another review in 6 months , obviously I'll know more .

Great choice of beds in store. Good we could see so many styles rather than only a small selection. More expensive than some other main brands but we felt the product is more robust so bought on quality not price. Easy ordering. Simple delivery. Overall very pleased.
