26/7/22.Greeted by a lovely lady member of staff at Dreams Leamington Spa who was most helpful and had a lovely attitude, ensuring all my requests and needs were catered for.

Really helpful staff with good knowledge of needs. Not at all pushy sales people!

The staff in the Leamington branch were very friendly and professional. We were given great service and are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress.

WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM STAFF!!!
We needed a sofa bed quickly for family to stay at our 94year old Moms home for when she came out of hospital. So we had no hesitation in going to DREAMS.
As always at the Leamington Store Branch the service we received from the staff was brilliant. They were so welcoming and spent time listening to our requests. The knowledge of the products we purchased was excellent and it gave us reassurance that is what we needed.
This branch has never failed with us which is why we always return. We have bought 4 quality beds for family over the past 2-3 years and bed linen.
The delivery was on time as promised and the delivery staff were so polite and helpful.
I would recommend anyone to shop here or at any Dreams branch. Thank you John

I visited the store on Sunday. Georgy is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I want to purchase 2 beds for our kids, but in end, I purchased 3 beds for myself as well.

The main thing we can test and check is the comfertness of beds and mattresses. My kids didn't get bored after spending more than 1 hour. I really recommend to my friends.

After being let down by a competitor I am in fact grateful. Everything was painless, on time, quality, great prices in fact perfect

I wasn’t looking forward to going shopping for a mattress but Rosie at the Leamington branch welcomed us without pressure of sales but was lovely and informative. She guided us through starting with the Sleepmatch mattress which feels like it’s massaging you while it figures out which mattress would be right for you. We could’ve fallen asleep there! Informative but without feeling like someone was pushing sales is exactly what we needed. Given refreshments while we made payment, Rosie made the whole experience really easy down to her product knowledge and lovely personality. Definitely ask for Rosie, she will take care of you!

We went Royal Leamington Spa store for a mattress, on entering the building we were warmly greeted by David who help my mother by explaining how they measure her while she was a this special bed, making her feel at ease ( as it’s be a long time coming)David showed/ explained to my mother the read out which mattresses to try, which she did offering her a range of pillows also if she required a drink.My mother said how nice an experience it was, how she was treated by David throughout the visit, i believe his full name was David Jones which we found in conversation with the young man who deserved the five star rating, well done David

We visited the Leamington store with our 10 year old son who wanted to see a bed he had seen online before ordering. Rosie welcomed us into the store, was very knowledgeable about all the products and exceptionally helpful. Our son enjoyed the experience and is looking forward to his new bed arriving, Rosie made the process (including ordering to a house still being built) very simple and easy! Thank you Rosie

Excellent products at great value prices.

The staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable. I was offered a cup of tea and given plenty of time to decide on the option I needed regarding my mattress purchase. They had a good range and had the mattress I was interested in in store. Delivery for this product was the fastest I’ve come across anywhere. I bought the mattress on Saturday and it’ll be delivered on Wednesday. Superb service! Thanks guys 👍

We visited Dreams for a mattress / bed frame. Rosie greeted us, she then gave us 3 choices, after using the scanner, which all felt great. Our favourite was the Silent Night Heaton. We weren’t pushed for a pricier mattress and were left to make our decision ourselves. We went upstairs to look at bed frames, we were offered a measuring tape, as we have awkward ceilings.

When we got home and measured, we called Rosie, she mentioned when she’s next in, so we chose to visit then.

When we arrived Rosie was busy but a gentleman offered to help and even offered us coffee / water, whilst we waited.

We purchased the Neva bed in grey, as well as the silent night heaton mattress. We opted for the extended warranty, and decided on a duvet / pillows. We are also having the frame built for us. We were happy with what we purchased, as it all is lovely. The only downside is we do feel the pricing is steep. We were offered a £60 discount - which isn’t much considering how much we spent.

The other thing, last time we purchased (10 yrs ago) Dreams did full bedroom sets. Although we wouldn’t have been able to afford this, as pricing was a lot higher this time - it was a lovely option to have.

Very good, friendly service and nice not to feel rushed. Excellent selection of beds. Staff are very knowledgeable.

After being seriously let down by another furniture retailer who twice delivered the wrong sofa in the wrong colour, Dreams stepped-up and delivered what we wanted on the day they said they would and in time for Christmas. Great product at a great price.

Delivery arrived in allocated time slot, contacted on the morning to confirm. Very helpful, polite & kept to the covid distance & wore mask, assembled mattress & took old one away, very pleased with the service I got from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending dreams & will shop there again.

I could not ask for better service from Dreams in Leamington. I have had back problems for 6 months and my new mattress is fabulous. I was measured on the bed technology machine and then tried out about 6 mattresses and was then left to re-try by myself to give me time to make my own decision. The staff member was really helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. The new mattress has really helped my back and arrived within a week of ordering, a fabulous customer experience from beginning to end!

Delivery on time the lads were very polite helpful removed their shoes very mindful not to damage paintwork etc first class service.
