My headboard didn't come and quite sure…
My headboard didn't come and quite sure it was in with the price of the bed base, also I bought a sofa bed from display and was told it would be hoovered and cleaned, but no it came the same way as it was in the shop and had cheek to wrap it up. Seems once shops get their money they then couldn't care less. After putting in a complaint, a man called Kishan dealt with my issues. He was very attentive and swiftly put things right for me. New mattress purchase
I had the opportunity to look at a good number of mattresses and to try out a couple that were of interest to me. The person that assisted me with my purchase allowed me plenty of time to look around and assisted me with my purchase in an efficient and professional manner. Good customer service
I've been looking to purchase a bed for a while now. And I've been to some bed retailers. When I got to dreams. I didn't know where to look! but the person of interest I would like to highlight, is staff member Robyn. She wasn't pushy or forceful with the usual sales pitch. She was attentive and patient with my time in the store, and also helped certain queries I had🙂She also metioned and assisted with the sleep match machine, that help on what kind of mattress and firmness I would need.
All in all, I was happy with the service and experience I had at Dreams in Livingston.

The help I received was excellent
I had Darren help with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and friendly. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to take lots of time with my decision, answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dreams on Livingston. I’ve had the mattress for just over a week and I’m very happy with it.
