Only went into shop for quick look but met Simon who was so friendly and helpful gave us all the information we needed but we never felt under any obligation to purchase anything great salesman came away very happy 😊

Good product and excellent in use albeit expensive

We were looking to change our mattress so we went into dreams a very helpful lady approached us I can't think of her name she expained about the mattress tester so we layed on a bed that narrowed it down to 5 mattress and the lst one one we layed on we had absolutely fantastic mattress I have never slept 😴 💤 so well it's so comfy and I don't want to move in the morning and most of all excellent customer service which goes a long way 😀 thank you 😀

I want to thank Simon and Richard for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I stepped into the store I was offered water, tea or coffee. Richard took the time to go through the different types of mattresses that would suit me. After about 45 mins I left the store with an amazing deal. I would recommend this store for anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.

Andy from the store was fantastic. Very friendly and provided great service. Didn’t feel pressured into buying while we were there, he provided us all the information needed to make choice of mattress that suited our needs.

Went to the talbot green branch, did bed test whixh was useful, chose bed with Jo who was good. Convenient service. Delivery good but one guy a bit fast to drop and go, other one fine and professional.

Fabulous service in store (Llantrisant) staff took the time to ensure we made the best choice and made me feel at ease. Looking forward to mattress arriving.

The 2 staff that help me where amazing they showed me what would be right for me they took there time explaining everything did not pressure me into buying and very polite asked me if I wanted tea coffee or bottled water were very patient when I could not make up my mind but the help they gave was excellent as the bed mattress and headboard are the best bed I have ever had so comfortable I will certainly go back.

Visited Llantrisant store and was assisted by Simon. Simon was very helpful and friendly, and really made the experience great for my partner and I. We left the store feeling completely at ease and reassured that we as customers were put first. He is an asset to Dreams and even stayed after finishing hours to run through the sale with us. He either should be promoted or receive a higher wage! Thank you Simon and we hope to see you again soon!

I recently purchased a new mattress from Dreams over the Christmas period. I explained my situation and that I had bought a Mattress on line the previous year on a Black Friday and it felt like I was sleeping on Concrete. The person then put me onto a computerised bed which gave details on what type of mattress would be suitable for me including support for my spine. I was then shown a choice of three mattresses given by the computer. The first was a little hard but the second was absolutely marvellous. I purchased the mattress immediately and was told it would be delivered within a week which it was. I am so glad that I bought the mattress and will never again buy a mattress or similar online again and would suggest that everyone go to a shop for similar items and test what you are looking for. Even at 74 yrs old you can learn something new each day.

I bought my bed at my local store in Llantrisant. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. After experiencing the 'made to measure' facility I had the choice between 3 mattresses. The bed and mattress was delivered and put together for me and the old bed taken away. A fabulous experience and superb service.
