We had a great in store experience. The staff were really helpful and guided us to the best beds for us after doing the sleep match analysis. They did not pressure us but were available to help us when needed. Plenty of mattresses to try!

I visited Dreams in Maidstone with a view to buying a new bed.
The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased the items I wanted and was pleased with the finance option and speedy delivery. The goods were delivered and assembled by friendly efficient trades people. I'm delighted with my purchase.

A came in dreams London road retail park Maidstone tonight was looking to buy a new mattress for my bed seen ones on line but needed to try first had been in to other showroom dfs they was rubbish as they don’t stock beds buy on line only was there reply so I went to dreams was greeted by a very nice polite young lady neriman what a breath of fresh air she was there wasn’t any hard sell from her it was a fantastic bed experience shopping with this nice young lady wasn’t rushed I tried a few beds for comfortable and picked one that I liked guess what they had it in stock too paid to have the old one taken away £35 which I think was fair price as the didn’t charge me for delivery so am more than happy with my experience tonight so if you find your self needing any thing for the house or flat furniture wise go to dreams in Maidstone and see Neriman tell her mr cheeky in Kent recommended her 100/100 stars

We went into shop and was served by Hayden, very polite, very helpful and just a great salesman. He couldn’t do any more for us. Companies need more people Like Hayden in their shops.

Sales man, Cliff, was very good at explaining different types of mattresses, I would have bought the wrong type for my needs. he was really knowledgeable.

Excellent Store Team. Polite, friendly and walked us through the options showing us products that met the specific needs that we had. The store team recognised us when we came in on further visits and assisted us in changing delivery dates when problem solving with us.

Cliff at the Maidstone branch was brilliant, knew his stuff and listened to what we needed. Store was clean and staff there are really helpful.

Courteous and professional service throughout. The sales colleague was very knowledgeable and made the choosing of the correct mattress an uncomplicated process. Communication was excellent, enabling the delivery to arrive on the date and time promised. The 2 people making the delivery were very professional and treated our property with consideration and respect. I have no hesitation in recommending Dreams following this very positive experience.
