My bed was delivered on time the two men that delivered it we really very efficient and assembled my bed quickly I am really pleased with my bed

The purchase and delivery went smoothly and the new matress has certainly improved my wife's sleeping!

Just a fantastic service from start to finish. The staff offered a hot drink, took time to listen to my needs, gave expert advice and allowed all the time needed to make an informed decision.

Adrian in the Maidstone store was quick to acknowledge us when we entered, without pouncing on us, (which really annoys me). All we knew is that we wanted a superking ottoman divan base and new mattress. He listened to us and suggested we try the Sleep match system, (which I highly recommend), to give us a better idea of which mattress might suit our needs. This gave us eight options to try out. We tried no.3 and nothing before or after came close. There was time to decide, questions were answered but we could take as much time as we needed to make up our own minds without being pushed in any direction. I had no intention of going with memory foam but we have now spent almost three weeks sleeping on an unbelievably comfortable memory foam mattress. Without a doubt the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. It cradles and supports just where you need it to, and my husband's frequent fidgeting and trips to the loo no longer disturb me. At all! My lower back and neck pain has improved immensely, literally from the first night I slept on it. It was delivered 2 weeks after we made our choice and we shall certainly not be taking advantage of the option to return and switch for something else, although that definitely eases the worry about making a mistake. Hope the mattress gets softer as too hard at moment.
Also feel I made a mistake in buying the headboard that is too high. Very difficult purchase for a new home.

The team phoned me with a 2 hour time slot the day before delivery and arrived within a few minutes of the first hour. Marc and his colleague, to whom I apologise for not asking his name, donned overshoes and took my mattress up to the designated room being very professional in their handling and respecting my home at all time. They were polite, very easy to chat too and removed all packing. I have no hesitation in recommending Dreams - Maidstone.

From the member of staff that sold me my new bed through to the guys who came to fit my bed I cannot fault them.

The guys whom fitted the bed were extremely polite, well mannered, friendly and great at their job. Also the gentleman who had to come back out as a part was not loaded onto the first van. He was exactly the same well mannered, respectful and all members of staff I met are a credit to your company.

The very helpful sales assistant made sure we were well looked after and helped us make the choice of mattress.

From stepping into the store to leaving the staff were superb. They acknowledged our arrival asked if they could assist, which we declined at that stage. When we had tried a few beds and started to have questions I approached the staff and they were brilliant. When, with their assistance we had decided which bed was for us they completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Being partially sighted I asked him to read what he wanted me to read as I was paying not my husband who was with me. He never made me feel a burden and was happy to help.
