Wonderful service received at the Maidstone branch. Natalie not only sold me a mattress, she made me feel at ease with her knowledge and friendliness.

Delivery service was brilliant, both men that delivered my bed was so lovely.

Great quick installation wardrobe and bed well done

We loved the way we looked after. The staffs knowledge was excellent and catered for our needs to ensure we bought our choice of bed with no pressure sales pitch. We would recommend the shop and company to all our friends and relatives. Brilliant.

We were made to feel welcome and was not rushed into the sale. We thought the "Computer Bed" was helpful in determining what mattress would suit us. Our sales man, Clifton, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Good communication on delivery times delivered in the allocated time slot and very happy with the delivery men that took the old bed away and set up the new bed

Bought a new mattress and bed base from dreams. The salesperson cliff was very nice and very knowledgable. Delivery was quick and efficient. Had to take up the comfort guarantee as the new mattress wasn’t to our liking. Dealt with this through the web chat and Kira who handled this was amazing. Overall a pleasant experience 👍🏼

I can't complain about the items Dreams sell as this is the second mattress I've purchased where they offer you to find your perfect mattress by trying out the sleep station machine and both times they've been spot on, the one thing that personally I wouldn't have again is any insurance as I had it before on a new bed and mattress which covers you for accidentle spillage, body fluids and if the mattress doesn't forfill the dreams promise, but after my son dropped a cup of tea on his mattress which I would say is an accidentle spillage the aftersale team left me very disappointed after asking me for photos of the spillage and numerous other photos turned my claim down flat saying the mattress looked too stained which of course it would from dropping a full cup of tea over it so not sticking to there promise of accidentle spillage's, so I will purchase from Dreams again minus any insurance.

The mattress is great but it went down in price another £300 whilst I was awaiting my delivery and because I only noticed this on the day it was delivered Dreams would not honour their price promise! However, after further correspondence Dreams offered to refund half the difference. Thank you Dreams.

Great service and expert sales staff

We were greeted immeditely we entered the store, provided with a great of information and were very happy with the service we received

When into store to purchase a bed base and mattress, salesman was great, but failed to mention that almost all there bases come with wheels, and as a visible wheelchair user it would be unsuitable if the base would be on wooden floor, which mine would be. Come to find out the display model didn’t have wheels and was place on carpet in the store. Needless to say when ahead and agree to pay via finance. Bed was delivered and now moves when transferred from wheelchair.

You say, just use wheel cups to stop it moving, well I advise you not not too. Was told by the store and customer services it would void any warranty on the bed.

We were told any complaints are to bed dealt with by the store themselves and even when we when back into the store the staff say that can’t be the case.

Let’s talk finance.

I believe I was mis-sold the by now pay later “deal”, if you don’t manually set up a standing order separately with the finance company themselves and you believe that the £165 pound you set up as a direct debit you set up when you go through the credit agreement in the store will be going out of you account paying the bed off each month you are wrong, I was lead to be believe that would be the case this isn’t, that is only take ones the buy now pay later deal ends, the long and short of it is, if it didn’t set this standing order up I would have ended paying an extra £600 for my bed and would have been playing the bed off and locked into an agreement for 3 years, so I warn you check how your bed is being paid off if you use the credit agreement option, because according to our store staff they have no idea about that.

So In brief, dreams no longer cater in my eyes for disabled customers as their bed aren’t secure and not fit for purpose.

The credit agreement will be inadvertently costing you more if you do you own checks are you brought the bed, and they don’t seem to mind you paying them a lower amount each month as they know it will end up you paying them way more than some of there premium beds.

The store team have a lack of communication with head off and they throw each under the bud and pass the buck, and if you complain they will make you run around here there and everywhere until you have had enough.

We took a day off work to sort all this out, it took hours of visits and phone calls and having to purchase casts and worry about our warrant be void as we no longer feel we have the option for a different bed as they will all be under suitable for my needs. And all they can offer you is the cost of the cups for the wheels (which still won’t stop the movement) and £30, which we lost in petrol, phone calls, and day off work.

The “goodwill” gesture of £50 will not be given to you as “cash or credit to your account” they take the off your credit agreement so not going to see it

So I would be very carefully using dreams for financing a bed at all, you’ve been warned.

If your a wheelchair use, I would be very careful selecting any base from dreams, especially if you have wooden floors in your bedroom

Don’t bother about going into store to complain as they can’t do anything, they will sent you to customer services and CS will offer you hardly anything in return, and if your like me that paid for them to take the old bed way, your bed left paying for a bed that is unfit for purpose.

Don’t buy, use Amazon you get a better return policy and likely to be just as good

We were very impressed by the sales person Hayden. He knew his product and took time to get to know us to. We were kept in touch by txt about the delivery and also we had a call before the delivery. The two guys who delivered the mattress were polite. They took their shoes and were quick and efficient. We would recommend Dreams to anyone wanting or needing a new bed or mattress.

Had a King and a Double storage beds delivered. The two polite and friendly delivery drivers looked at the spaces they had to set the set beds up in and simply got on with it as a team. They fully explained how to open and close the bed took all the package away and finished within 40 minutes! Brilliant service
