Dreams - Milton Keynes Reviews 

I recently purchased a double bed from Dreams and I’m very impressed with the overall experience. The quality of the product is excellent, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the self-construction at home went without any issues thanks to the clear instructions. I’m really pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend Dreams to others looking for reliable furniture and great service.

From in-store through to delivery everything went well. The only disappointment was that 1 week after purchase the bed was reduced by £200.

Our bed was easy to assemble and although we have only had one guest so far she had an excellent night's sleep.

We had a great experience with Tina in MK this morning. We were greeted with a friendly smile, great advice, service & knowledge & we were able to make our choice & process the order quickly, with free delivery & 4 free pillows too!
We were offered the Sleep Match service but declined as we were buying for our daughter who wasn’t with us. We were all offered hot drinks while our order & details were processed efficiently & we had a giggle too! Also big discounts in the Black Friday deals! 😀

Dreamy experience!

We visited the Dreams branch in Milton Keynes to get a new mattress for our new home. Tina was brilliant - offering us drinks and displayed a solid knowledge of the products on offer without trying to steer us in anyway. The Sleepmatch machine in store was incredible and helped guide us to the right mattress for us. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new mattress.

Initially we went to shop around but the treatment we received at Milton Keynes was superb. We were assessed on the computer and advised which bed would suit us both best. We bought and were given a delivery date. The bed was delivered on that date. It was easy to assemble and I have been enjoying the best night’s sleep ever since. Thanks guys.

Delivered in time specified and taken to room and assembled pleased to see delivery driver and mate treated my property with respect by removing there footwear which they had done with out any mention, that I did not expect but did appreciate.

I have been exceptionally well advised on my purchase of two single custom made mattresses for an EU king sized bed. They are extremely comfortable from the first night onwards. No more cramps in the legs! DEAMS have done a wonderful job.

The men who delivered it out the bed together quickly and efficiently.
They were very courteous.

The professionalism of Dreams lies in its respect for its customers, the quality of its customer service and the success of the outcome it provides. We spend at least a third of our lives in bed and the value of a good night's sleep is incredible. Dreams appear to have recognised that and valued it in their market presentation. I have already recommended Dreams to friends who have tried the others.
