My Mattress is Exceptionally Comfortable I use to feel pain in my knee now it feels much better I sleep right through the night I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good mattress.

I was served by Laura in the New Cross store and she was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to understand my requirements, was extremely knowledgable, showed me all of the relevant options and guided me to make a purchase that was right for me - a true trusted advisor. I'd highly reccommed Laura to anyone looking to buy a bed.

Clear delivery arrangements that the company stuck to. Helpful delivery persons. And above all, an extremely comfortable mattress. Worth pointing out, perhaps, that I was about to buy the most expensive mattress in the shop having tried them all out, but when I asked the manufacturer a question, they didn't reply for nine days. In the meantime, I read some very persuasive customer reviews about this item and bought it instead, completely untried. Saved myself £££ and am well satisfied with the product.

Great customer service with staff that actually have knowledge about the products they are selling. Amed who sold the bed and mattress was spot on have been having the best nights sleep ever. Would recommend this dreams store above any other that I have been to.

I ordered in person at my local store. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who was most helpful, friendly and very patient answering any questions I had.
I didn’t feel pressured. It was a relaxing atmosphere. I was also offered a cup of tea. I was satisfied with my purchase.

The delivery went well the delivery persons were very polite and took great care taking the items upstairs in my chosen room and assembling the bed. Everything was keeping tidy and removal of package.

I would recommend Dreams to everyone including my family.
