Excellent service from Dreams …
Our whole experience with Dreams Norwich was very good . We went in intending to just buy a new mattress . We were immediately daunted by the huge selection of beds and mattresses , wondering how we would ever choose the right one . We were passed to Sean who set us up on their special bed, and within a few minutes we were given a list of 5 mattresses which were suitable for us . Sean took us to each one to try , and we made our choice . We also decided to buy the headboard which was on our chosen bed . The paperwork was completed and a delivery date set . When we got home we realised we couldn’t do the delivery date , so I phoned up Sean , and it was changed with no hassle . After a few days we decided to buy the actual bed frame to go with the headboard we had ordered , so we went back to see Sean , who was absolutely brilliant . It was no trouble at all to amend the order. A few days before I got an email confirming the day of delivery , and stating that the delivery guy would call in the morning on the day , to confirm a time .
On the day of delivery the delivery guy did just that , and the bed was delivered at the specified time , and placed in our bedroom as requested . We chose to put it together ourselves . We couldn’t have asked for a better service . We are extremely pleased with the bed . We’ve had it just over a week and we have both slept extremely well in it . So far no complaints .

Superb from start to finish
Went to the Norwich store to buy a new bed and mattress. Left alone to look when needed but staff available if needed. Quick purchase and was expecting a long delivery time but bed arrived in stock much sooner than expected. Quick delivery time. 2 man set up took about 30 mins and the whole experience was so easy and stress free. Would definitely purchase again.

Really reliable friendly service
Really reliable friendly service. The bed and mattress were delivered on the appointed days in the expected time slot by cheerful, efficient chaps who were respectful of our property and followed our requests. They cleared away all debris and packing and left our home in pristine condition.
I am happy to recommend purchasing from Dreams - a ‘Dreamy buy’.

The mattress is fine and I sleep well but the base is too high
The mattress is fine and I sleep well BUT the base is so high I wonder how long it will be before I can't get onto it! I did ring re this and was told rather briskly that it couldn't be changed.

5* service! brought my bedframe from dreams norwich where the service was amazing, my delivery got delayed for 1 month, dreams customer service refunded me the £90 extra I paid for the asemble in the room of your choice fee. today my bed was delivery and I was given a 2 hour time slot and the 2 delivery guys arrived 15 mins into the time slot. Scott was helpful and kind and explained everything I needed to no, both delivery guys put some protective shoes on so they didn't get my carpets dirty and took all rubbish and boxes away with them! I would definitely shop at dreams again and looking forward to going to the norwich store again to choose a mattress.
