TV bed
We purchased a new TV bed. It arrived and the side panel of the bed was damaged. I emailed dreams to get this sorted and they said they would book somebody in to replace the side.
During this time, the TV mechanism stopped working so we could not lower the TV. I again rang and was told somebody would be out to fix it in 3/4 weeks time!! As this is a new bed I would have expected quicker service and a compensation due to the inconvenience caused.

Helpful and friendly staff. Sleep tester is a great way to cut down the many options in store and saved a lot of time. Start member was able to offer us a clearance mattress with minor defect meaning we got more for our money.

The customer service was good, but customer service poor …
The customer service was good but everything else! We placed order for two beds complete and arranged to have them take away old items. I then realised that after paying £140 for removal, the local council would remove for £28, this is when the fun started I asked for a refund as the delivery team acknowledged that they had not removed any items. They have refunded £70 but I am having trouble getting the balance, I cannot understand why it takes seconds to take my money off my card but upto ten days to refund?!
I was informed to phone customer services, but I was informed the waiting time was 1hr to speak to human being. We are still waiting for the balance. We are in the Xmas period so probably have to wait until middle of Jan if we are lucky. I won't make the same mistake again and await a reply.
I have today 23rd had a email from customer service stating they are paying other £70 within next 10 days

Fantastic experience of looking for a new bed. Ross looked after all of us on our visit and got our little one occupied throughout our time on the sleep match bed. He helped with bringing our boy upstairs in his pram too.
After recommending our bed, ordering and purchasing it, we received it at home. The delivery guys were exceptional with bringing the new bed in and old bed out of the house with complete care.
After assembling the divan bed ourselves, we couldn’t be more happier with it. It has been a much more comfortable experience and able to sleep a lot better, so much so I keep wanting afternoon naps on it. 😂
I would seriously recommend visiting a Dreams store for your bed and improved sleep needs.

David in the showroom was very polite, well turned out and informative on differences in the different beds. Did not try to push us into making our minds up quickly.
Delivery came on day and time to suit us. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful.
