All very smooth from purchasing to delivering
Quite happy with our purchase! The advisor at the shop was very helpful and patient. We were introduced to an air bed to give us some suggestions on what mattress could be the best for us. It was a bit fun too!
Everything went well later on with the delivery. The two lovely delivery men were so lovely, they helped me pack the old mattress as I was alone with my baby since the morning. Now, we are enjoying good night's sleep! Thank you guys!

We had excellent customer service
We had excellent customer service in the shop and the mattress so far is comfortable and of a good standard. My only minor criticism is that I didn’t get a reminder when the final balance payment was due a week before delivery. Fortunately I did remember to pay it. The delivery driver was very polite, helpful and efficient.

5☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ From ordering my bed I store at Portslade with Martin the service was fantastic, no pushy sales talk, helpful and there if I needed him, explained everything when ordering and a really lovely guy, delivery was on time only had to wait 2wks and the guys were polite and professional, I then when back to the store the nxt day and saw Chris this time who again was helpful, and the service was fantastic and ordered the same bed in a kingsize Cannot recommend Dreams enough especially the Portslade store!
