Dream bed found!
What a fantastic experience! Our sleep expert was Steve, who helped my wife and I to find the perfect mattress for our comfort needs. The Sleepmatch was extremely accurate with our requirements. We were also very well supported with finding the best bed frame for our living space. We had no hesitation in completing the purchase on the day. We were made to feel very welcomed and excellently hosted for our shopping experience. Thank you!

Great hassle free experience
Great experience from the shop to delivery. I was offered a drink (hot or cold) as soon as I walked in. The sales assistant was very through with the options I had. Showed me what I wanted. Totally hassle free from purchase to delivery and they installed it exactly where I wanted the bed to go. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Perfect service and perfect matress...
Very knowledgeable when helping us decide which matress. Very helpful with the purchase, and we were kept informed about the delivery date and time. Delivery arrived exactly when they said they would, removing their shoes they took away our old matress and delivered our new one. New matress is perfect and has certainly helped me get a perfect night's sleep after years of back, neck and hip pain. Would highly recommend Dreams

Relaxing not pushy like a lot of shops.
Richard the sales man was very welcoming, explained everything, show about 6 different ones to suit me . Told him not too high of a price and he under stood. Was not push at all , we had laugh which is what I want when shopping for something. Very welcoming.

The service in store was excellent. Steve was very knowledgeable, patient and an all round nice chap.
Customer contact between purchase and delivery was great. The two men who delivered the bed (sorry I didn't get their names) were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Dreams.

Perfect service!
If you want a good experience go to dreams, great service and a cracking mattress! We couldn’t have asked for more and are delighted with the mattress we were given (based on recommendations by a very knowledgable Richard!… who incidentally will probably be on the comedy circuit one day, absolutely hilarious! 😁)
