We chose our mattress at the Queens Road Sheffield store and was assisted by Karen. She was first class, nothing was too much trouble and she helped us choose our mattress with her undoubted knowledge of the product. We were given a cup of tea also. She recommended a pillow that even though was expensive have given us fantastic nights sleep. The two gentlemen who delivered were very helpful and kind.

I was greeted by a member of staff who asked me if they could help I told the lady what I was looking for and she asked me if I would be able to go on the machine that tells you what mattress was best for me then helped me choose one we sorted paper work and money plus delivery very helpful and easy

My experience at Dreams was everything I wanted it to be. The lady (I’m sorry I have forgotten her name) guided me through the shop and the mattress tester. She also went above and beyond what I thought I would get. No hard sell just really good advise. last but not the least the prices were In my range bracket. Thank you

The nice ambience, the lovely technology used to find a perfect bed, the warm welcome offered by dreams staffs, the wealth of knowledge of products and services shown and offered by staff and all the assistance offered to make our selection process easy.

We have had 2 fantastic experiences with dreams. The first, buying our mattress was brilliant. Beverly at the Sheffield branch really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly the right mattress for us. When we returned to buy our bed frame a few months later, again Beverly was there to greet us with a smile and provided us with so much information and options that we knew we were making a good choice. We honestly couldn’t rate Dreams any higher.
