Great experience in Dreams Sittingbourne
Great experience in Dreams Sittingbourne.
Suffering from backache from a mattress purchased online and went in to store to speak to the evidently knowledgeable staff.
Team at Dreams Sittingbourne were super helpful Eron in particular who served me was fantastic, super knowledgeable and patient as I moved from mattress to mattress deliberating on my choice.
Really happy with the service provided and cannot wait for my new mattress suited to my sleeping style and body type to arrive.

The staff in the shop were very helpful without being pushy.
We were kept informed by email & text about delivery date/time & our bed arrived when we were told it would.
The delivery team were polite & helpful.
When we encountered a problem with the ottoman bed mechanism a phone call to the shop resulted in an immediate solution.

My experience with dreams was excellent, from beginning to end , when buying the bed , the salesman was very helpful in choosing our bed and mattress , we had 2 pillows free , and they forgo the delivery and set up fee , which was good .
The delivery men were very helpful and polite quite jolly , went through with myself on how to use the bed and TV, I would definitely use dreams again
