Positive experience .
The whole process from the staff in the shop to the delivery staff of our beds was a very positive experience. I would recommend this team and I will be using them again in the future. The delivery team were extremely helpful and respectful of my home .

Too hard,not comfortable
Too hard,not comfortable. Plus caused me to get a bad back plus too high to get in. Give it time,but could end up changing the mattress as well as losing sleep

Our recent visit to the local Dreams Store went very well as the personnel serving were both helpful & informative about the various items we selected to purchase.

Really good experience from walking…
Really good experience from walking into the shop and choosing the bed to the bed being delivered. Excellent service. The bed itself is very comfy and refuses to let me get out of it.

Good service from start to delivery
Had very good service from start to finish. The member of staff in thr store was very helpful and helped me decide on what I wanted. Delivery was also very good and my bed was soon put together with no problems. There is a very slight mark on the base of the divan which I didn't notice until later but it is no problem as its very small and not noticed when the duvet is over it. All round very good service I will definately shop at Dreams again.

Amazing knowledge with back problems
Sales man at Southend on sea was very helpful & helped me on getting the correct support needed for back problems, sale & date for delivery amazing, didn’t realise it could be so quick & easy. Delivery was spot on with timing with really helpful chaps. I’m now in so much comfort & sleeping so much better.

The staff member in-store who dealt with my order and decisions on what mattress to purchase was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to add that the two men who delivered my mattress were prompt, telephoned and messaged several times beforehand and were friendly and were great!!!

Ordered this ottoman bed for the spare…
Ordered this ottoman bed for the spare room. Arrived as arranged, do need 2 people to assemble and instructions could be easier to read, take time to read them before assembly. End result, a great value bed with free pillows for our spare room.
