Dreams Telford

Shaun and Tash at Dreams Telford gave us exceptional service on our recent visit to purchase a mattress. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, making our shopping experience a great one.

Excellent service

Delivery on time, the drivers rang beforehand to confirm an actual time. The installation went smoothly and the engineers wore shoe covers so as not to tread on the snow from outside.

Excellent throughout from initial…

Excellent throughout from initial showroom visit to delivery and assembly. Due to Black Friday was able to grab a great deal on an ex display bed and frame for my son. Delivery was punctual, included set up. Well done all at Dreams Telford, already budgeting to buy another.

I wanted to utilise 'Dreams' because…

I wanted to utilise 'Dreams' because Telford store was local, and parking was easy. The mattress i chose was half price. The assistant wasn't pushy .The delivery was straightforward, and i was kept in the loop throughout. It all went to plan. The mattress itself is as comfortable as i hoped it would be.
