Very pleasant couple of salespeople at the store who convinced us we were making the right choice. The two lads who delivered the bed were very helpful. I was impressed with the fact they covered their shoes on entering the house to protect the carpets.
All in all a very good experience

Good advice and quality service. I couldn’t get the mattress I wanted as not made anymore and I was able to find one just as good.

We are really pleased with the service we recieved from the delivery. We ordered online but visited a store to cisually see the frame we liked. My only issue and it’s just feedback, our bed came in 3 boxes 2 were labelled as the bed name and another had a different name on. Rang a store and they just said as it’s online they couldn’t help me I needed ring the customer service. Eventually got through and was explained that the bed is a partner bed to another frame and certain components are the same. Just kinda wish I had been informed of that really as was a bit worried when I saw the different names on the boxes. Lovely bed frame, great quality and feels really sturdy. It’s much higher of the floor than we remmembered from the show room mind.

Nothing was to much trouble the staff where excellent I can't fault them in any way. I was treated like a friend rather than a customer.

The team in Truro were very knowledgable with their help in us deciding which Mattress to purchase and our delivery was great too. Bed assembled really quickly.

Was informed all along u till delivery. Delivery was on time.

My new ottoman arrived exactly on time. Within seconds my old bed was gone. The men were very professional and careful. The new bed was installed and a briefing given on the best care I should take. I can thoroughly recommend this company and particularly the fitters

I bought a mattress for my mother who had had a recent back injury and a new mattress was long overdue. From the service of the sales lady at Truro and the delivery team who also removed the old mattress, I cant thank them enough.
