My experience on buying my new Tempur bed has been amazing. The comfort element is everything I had hoped it would be. I have several disabilities, one being my back and spine and support is essential. It is so exceptionally comfortable that it has proved well worth the cost of the bed. You have to try it to get that wonderful feeling that you didn't think you could ever get from a bed. I hesitated initially because it isn't a cheap bed but my word, worth every penny and the biggest reward is knowing I am going to have this level of comfortable for years to come, whilst helping me as the years go on.
If I had known this was available I would have definitely bought one before now. If anyone is in a similar position, don't wait, go and try one of the various beds that Dreams can provide and make your own mind up, you won't regret it.

Myself and my daughter came into the store for my daughter a new bed and mattress. We was greeted by Omar, he took the time to ask what my daughter liked and what kind of bed we wanted for her. He showed us around the beds on the floor but because she’s a picky 6 year old she didn’t like any of them, so he took his time to show her some beds on the system and found the perfect bed my daughter loves! He treated us both with respect!

We needed the bed like last week because we’re inpatient but we’ve only 3 weeks to wait for the bed and she can’t wait!!

The men who delivered my new bed qee excellent in most was, but they forgot to attach the feet to the bed, probably by accident.
So it is a bit low to the ground. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars plus !! Their mummers were first class and they were very caring and considerate

The sales person was really helpful at the point of choosing a mattress and not trying to sell us the most expensive one. Best delivery service where they communicate with you before delivery and deliver where you want it rather than dumping it where is convenient for them which I have experienced with other companies. They were really friendly and would definitely buy again from Dreams.

Excellent customer service, emailed the day before delivery of our new bed and called on the morning to let us know they were on their way. The drivers were courteous and professional, using shoe covers to keep our new carpet clean and assembled the bed quickly and with care. I can highly recommend this company. The bed and mattress are excellent and were reasonably priced too. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything in the store is excellent value. Melvin who helped me choose what I wanted to was so patient. He was a very good help, even made me a cuppa !!!

I went to the Wakefield store and was helped by Omar he was fantastic went through everything with me it was a brilliant experience. Would definitely recommend for service and products.

Amy is amazing this is our 2nd time buying from this store can’t recommend them enough we did spend more than I originally had in my mind but we have the perfect mattress and bed I guess prices increase !! I’m very happy and can’t wait to wake up not aching and get a restful nights sleep .
