Initial sales experience appeared to be good until I found out the sales person had omitted to tell me about the 100 nights sleep guarantee and she forgot to give me the two £149 pillows I had just purchased. I did go back a few days later to buy bed protection covers but - wait for it - they don’t actually sell them. As their 100 nights sleep guarantee stipulates that a protective cover must be used not sure if they have a legal leg to stand on.

I have managed to get some from a more reliable supplier

The electric adjustable beds were delivered and fitted without problem but they didn’t bring the pillows. So I phoned the store and a very unprofessional female who wasn’t the slightest bit interested tried to fob me off. Then she put me onto her male colleague who clearly thought he was the real biz.. Whilst in conversation he just put the phone down.
I then called head office who were very helpful and sent me a letter of authority by email to show the nasty man in store
When I went into the store I said I had come to collect two pillows. He said he could not give them to me as he didn’t have the authority despite me having paid nearly £300 for them.
I gave him the letter from head office but he refused to accept it.
He then called head office who initially said to give them to me but then said I still owed £278.80 (which was the amount of discount I was given at time of purchase). Eventually they did agree that full payment had been made.
The nasty individual reckoned I had taken them with me on the day of the sale, so I said “ check your CCTV “ to which he said that the cameras are fake and do not work. Given there was a bright yellow notice on the wall behind him saying they do work I wondered if lying to customers was a new sales pitch.

I have now made a formal complaint to the managing director - JH - advising of the appalling attitude and lack of professionalism at the Wellingborough store.

Oh, the mattress is not comfortable and I’ve already thrown the pillow out and gone back to a conventional proper pillow.

Havnt slept on bed yet still havnt moved in bit of a building site.I did think you would leave the plastic cover on the bed as you could see what a mess we were in with dust.

The Wellingborough staff were very polite and understood my needs. The delivery men were also very polite as called to advise ETA. Also wore protective cover over footwear. Delivery went smoothly.

Very sad experience even though the staff that served me were so lovely at the start and very accommodating. Bed frame delivered badly marked on each corner of the headboard! Called the shop as the delivery men were leaving.. no response.. been to the shop three times and phoned Dreams with the number given and Yeap NO response even thou I left voice messages as stated by them and promises I would be contacted.. if this helps anyone DO NOT LET THE DELIVERY PEOPLE LEAVE without making them take the bed back with them

Great experience from the moment we walked into the store. We received very professional help as we chose a new mattress. The disposal of our old mattress and delivery of the new was so helpful. We are delighted with our purchase both of us sleep so well now.

Staff were professional, well informed, friendly and helpful.
He took his time to explain and was able to answer some of our questions. Some additional goodies were added for no extra charge. Delivery was quick and delivery men were polite as well.

The sales advice in the store and the convenience of having your old bed and mattress taken away was fabulous. The mattress is super comfortable and love the new bed with all its storage

Loved the Bed Measuring computer mattress!!

Dreams provided a great service to us. The sleep simulator along with help from Maurico in the store helped us choose our mattress and base. It was delivered on time and assembled by the delivery who kept the house clean & did a great job. The mattress is comfortable & we have a great night's sleep. First class job all round.

The experience from entering the shop to waving the delivery drivers farewell was an excellent experience. The staff in the shop and the delivery drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams to friends and family. Great stuff!
