Dreams - Wimbledon Reviews 

I decided to visit the Dreams store in Wimbledon (being local to me). On entry into the store, I was immediately greeted and given acknowledgement and quickly served by a lovely young lady called Jacqueline who calmly and patiently served and answered all my queries and enthusiasm to look at and try out the many different beds in the store. However I could not finalise a purchase as I explained that the the bed was for my mum and I felt that it would be best for her to come into the store another time and try out and choose the mattress that was right for her. (Which we did at another Dreams store). Sadly the store was lacking the same professionalism and vibe as the Wimbledon store, so I decided to not to purchase it there.
I returned a week later to the Wimbledon store and this time I was pleasantly greeted and served by Gobi (who happened to be the store manager), who informed me when questioned that it was Jacqueline's day off. My disappointment to this news was swiftly thrown aside as Gobi continued to served me with great friendliness, enthusiasm and knowledge. I even got to try out the Dreams bed machine which tells you what mattress
is personally suitable for you as you lay there peacefully for a few minutes while the machine automatically moves and molds the mattress gently around your body. Very relaxing.
Would definitely recommend this store and would without a doubt purchase a bed again as even the delivery service is of a great value and standard.

Visited Dreams Wimbledon with my Autistic daughter, she has severe anxiety so this isn't a day out that she was pleased about but she felt so relaxed because Gobi the store manager really took care of us, he made such a difference to our shopping experience, He is a lovely man who is very caring and knowledgeable. Totally recommend this store. Thanks Gobi

I bought two electric double beds and he went over and beyond his duty of care to ensure everything was explained, verified and tailored to my specific preferences and needs.

Friendly and helpful staff instore. Was kept well informed regarding delivery date. Delivery team were prompt, efficient, polite and very tidy. Very pleased we ordered from dreams and will do so again.

It was nice dealing with Farhan, the sales person at Dreams, Wimbledon, for the purchase of my mattress. There was no "sales pressure", and he carefully broke down the order details and was patient when I changed my mind on the delivery date. Overall, a pleasant experience.

No issues at all from order to delivery. Could not fault any of the processes. Everything was as informed.

Dreams Wimbledon showroom staff were helpful and accommodating without being pushy. Farhan took the time to understand what we wanted and answered our questions. Excellent customer service, good product portfolio, delivered as planned, good quality products with a reasonable price. They claim to have a product replacement service (you pay the difference) if you're not happy.
