Staff and products at Yeovil were 'as described' Great!
Staff and products at Yeovil were great. I tried a range of beds and then fine-tuned to get exactly what I wanted. Ordering instore was simple. Delivery was excellent: as arranged, confirmation of time slot by text and email. Bed assembled by very competent team, all rubbish and old bed removed. Bed is so comfortable that I won't need another for years! Thanks!

Faultless!
From the minute we stepped into the store, to the delivery guys leaving - our experience with Dreams gas been faultless. The “sales” lady was fabulous - informative and encouraging without an ounce of pushy! Delivery guys were both professional and entertaining!
We have never bought a new bed like this before and hope not to for a long time; expensive but we are thrilled and already sleeping better!!!!

Fabulous products and services

Customer service as it should be
We didn't know that Dreams has a machine that measures your sleeping position. The staff were friendly professional and efficient. It was really refreshing to receive 'customer service' from a retailer. I would highly recommend paying a visit to the Dreams Yeovil store and asking for Steph.

Excellent service from initial visit to delivery!
Made an initial visit to find the right mattress. We were made welcome and offered to use their 'sleep machine' to ascertain the correct type of mattress that we required. The sales assistant showed us the various options to suit our needs. We went away & returned a few days later to place an order. The whole process from initial visit to the delivery went very smoothly. Excellent service.
