terrible experience from such non caring people hard to see the spiritual side here just seems to be cash exchange hands nothing more nothing less.
couldnt recommend to anyone horrible experience with company. poor customer service terse and rude if you ask questions. never once said thank you for your custom at all, made me feel very bad after purchase and during transit of it. Had trouble contacting them and when I did they didn't want to help me and told me it's my fault I couldn't read. as well as my fault I can't find emails and the error is my issue. I kept explaining something is wrong their end as no emails sent to me, I receive them from everyone else fine into my inbox so I know the issue wasn't mine at all, I'd even added their email to spam list!. still they kept insisting my fault not their server and very angry I'd dared to request tracking number. They just threw the tracking details at my facebook chat with !!! and nothing else no thank you for buying just that message no response after. no conversation nothing just angry id dared to take their time up with such a NON important query.

also I get a hefty customs fee to pay and website charged me a hefty fee for postage from USPS so it should say on website customs charge of 13.15. I was utterly shocked to receive such a fee and angered as, the company not once let me know about this.
contacted them about it of course no response. I have reported this company to trading standards,
They have been nothing but people who put a website out their claiming to be spiritual but treat their customers like dirt. They just want cash and your stories about spirituality they dont want to hear at all the reasons for buying the item or questions on what item to chose no nothing! no help at all. you'd think with such a large amount spent they would care.
I found the whole experience horrible and its about to get worse I now have to dock my food money to pay for the customs charge.
did they say sorry? not once!
did they offered to refund the customs charge no.
can I say they are spiritual people? NO!
would I treat customers like this no I wouldn't.
do not buy unless you can buy it off them face to face because they treated me like dirt.
you don't expect it when you have spoken highly of them over the years after having an item you bought in uk from someone else. I just 'assumed they were decent people' I feel deflated and like throwing the pendant in a dustbin. This is something I want to like but now hate due to this experience. its not the items fault but the companies and its left me thinking these people are just out for cash nothing more. nothing spiritual there.
I call it as I see it what is spiritual about being rude to customers absolutely nothing at all.
thanks for the huge customs fees and for making me feel like crap throughout the whole process of buying. never again.
a pendant that should be 28.00 is now nearing the 50 plus mark to have.
avoid unless you like being treated like crap!
