It was my first time trying this website and I must say that I am extremely satisfied.
First, customer service was great and responsive. We had communication probkems but they put me through someone who spoke good English. They couldn't not grant what I wanted which is writing a cheaper amount on the paper for customs, but I was surprised that they did although their answer was a sharp no on the phone.
The tracking number was given sooner and I could track my parcel until it has finally reached me.
And here comes the surprise, very faaaaancy Tommy boots and a scarf. Amazingly packed and I couldn't be happier, just few days ago I went to the Mall to get a pair pf Tommy boots and they were extremely expensive.
The scarf looks smaller than on the pictures but everything is authentic and fancy.

Nice online shopping experience, fast delivery, good efficient customer support.
Ordered from them already few times, had a problem only once, my promotion code didn't work at the checkout, was kind of disappointed.
When i contacted the customer support, the refund me for the amount I would save using my promotion code... and gave me 10% off from the next order.
The clothing style can be a bit boring and simple, but i shop there if I need some basic good quality stuffs for cheap.
Never had problems with delivered goods. Always everything correct and well packed.

Appalling customer service, just the worst you could ask for.
Unprofessional and downright rude.
Avoid at all cost.

Customer service is absolutely terrible, I would never use this web-site for shopping again.

Very poor customer service

I ordered Items of 130 euros worth and said that they were gonna take 2 days to post. After a week with no sign of anything like a tracking number from the post company or anything to know that the order was sent, I replied with an email inquiring about the order. The answer was that the post company maybe did not find me and delivered the items to a NEIGHBOR of mine!! I have been trying to figure out what happened for a week now but the answers take days to come and when they come they do not solve anything.
I believe that the good were probably lost or not ever delivered and now they try to scam me of the refund.

Shop Dress for less sent the buyer from Russia a product with a marriage (leather jacket with a hole on his chest). Money for the purchase was returned, the money spent to deliver the goods to the buyer in Russia and back to the store, refused to return, pretending not to understand, about The correspondence with the store with the provision of evidence that the store sent the poor-quality goods to the buyer did not lead to a solution of the issue. I lost my time and more than $ 50 on delivery of the goods. I do not advise you to make purchases in this store.

The service is outrageous.I ordered a pair of shoes on April the 21st and still haven't received anything ....after several emails in the customer service a man replied that it will take them 8weeks!! to find where my order is (they send it by DHL or they say so ).I believe they are crooks .i will report this to the police .

My experience with this company is overall positive:
Pros:
- good quality (everything I received so far was great and looked as expected)
- good price and discount
- quick delivery
Cons:
- limited search options on the site
- delivery rates are high (I do not understand how can it cost the same to deliver a package from Germany to Croatia and to eg Singapore or New Zealand)

Ladies save your money and time . The pictures they have up of their clothing is not what you will get! I got a dress that looks like a 5 year old stitches together. The stitching wasnt even done up all the way . I was really upset after waiting sooo long to get what i orderd and to only know its no where near what i was looking at in the picture they have up on the site!!!

The item I ordered , a mans jacket, was supposedly half price at £37 but when it arrived it was the flimsiest poorest quality smallest thing - H and M would struggle to get £20 full price. Disappointed I sent it back (£4.50). and I was duly refunded the price MINUS the original delivery charge which is not what they say on their website - you are supposed to get refund including delivery charge. I think they're damn cheeky to lie on their website. I did email to query this but they're foreign and did not answer properly. If you don't mind paying £9 minimum to look at an item they're probably ok. I did get swift refund.- one star!

I ordered some clothes from them a few days ago. I paid with my visa debit card and the money was taken out of my debit card. I have just moved to Germany and ordered from my Canadian visa debit. I have to go through many checks before I can order with this card. The bank asks me to put my password etc. Again I state this is my visa debit card and the money of the order has already left my account. I get a confirmation from them and a day later they email me saying that my order can not be completed due to security reasons.

my money has already left the account so why haven't they refunded
me,

Ordered some items for my husband, could not get over the prices. FAST delivery to Australia,I was very impressed.
Website needs a filter to select display order e.g. price high low,low high ,most discounted, etc etc

Postage could be more competitive:)) but I will be back.

ordering from australia for the first time, I had to ring to change the size of an item, which was not possible as the size I wanted had sold out, so they were happy to exchange the item for another style, and did not charge me the extra euros it was. They fully explained how long it would take to get to Australia, which I am happy with. One of the best customer service experiences i have had! Now just have to be patient to get my order

I am waiting for the money back to my account for the item that I didn't get from this company because of their mistake for more than 3 months !
They always delay to answer to e-mails and always have a new excuse and explanation and no money back! It looks as if they are just cheating. Now again they don't answer to my email for more than a week. Looks like it is impossible to solve the situation with them peacefully.

I have ordered some clothes for a friend of mine who was sick and could not go shopping. She was going to go on vacation for health reasons so we did the shopping via internet in time for her clothes to be here after she would come out of the hospital. I paid with credit card and I received an email with the confirmation of the order. And then I waited. Never received anything.You could not track the goods on their site and when I send an email I was informed that my order ' was cancelled due to safety reasons'. Whatever that means. I send a second mail and it was never answered. My friend was devastated . They never bothered to inform me that the order was cancelled. I speak with a lawyer to see what can I do for it.

A bit late for making up now. If you were so ready to accomodate your customers as you are answering bad reviews you would be a better company . By the way my order No was 41640486. I no longer want the items or anything to do with you.

Very good service, fast delivery

I've ordered many items from Dress for Less and I'm based in the UK. The parcels always arrive quickly, well packed and correct.

I love this outlet! any problems ...you can always ask customer service which is very kind and helpful:)back again soon

I'll start from the bad, and end up with the good.
The BAD

The website itself is not very comfortable - for example, while searching for something, the filters are quite basic. Also, you can not track your order through the site.
The customer service is not the best... takes time (days) until they answer you by mail. and in the 2 times I wrote them (in English) I got answers in German. On the other hand, when I called them by phone I had a conversation in English and got all the answers I needed.
Another thing I didn't like is to see price tricks they make. the day I bought it was 50% off. the next day it said 60% off, but actually the final price remained the same... they simply raised the initial price from 80 (-50%) to 100 (-60%), so in the end, the price was 40 eur in both days. these kind of things make you feel deceived...

The GOOD

Despite the written above I will continue buying there since the price and the quality are good!
It's true that they make little price tricks, but in the bottom line - the final prices are very good! much cheaper than you find in other shops for the same brands.
When I got my clothes everything was just perfect! Great quality - everything was exactly as I expected.
and regarding the bad customer service - as I mentioned before - when I called them by phone I had a conversation in English and got all the answers I needed..
Also the shipment arrived within the time limits they said.
