I rang to cancel my order and this was agreed with no problem. However, I have since emailed with no response, and rung twice to chase up the refund. Almost 4 weeks later and still no refund. During my last phone call the person I spoke to actually laughed that I was chasing up the refund. Won’t be ordering from here again.
My first order from them, only to discover they are removing parts from the manufactured state of items and selling them separately, with no mention on the website before ordering that this is the case. Initially ignored emails, eventually replied stating I would need to pay for the missing part. After substantial back and forth they have agreed to supply the missing item free of charge, but this was not an easy solution to arrive at.
I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to share my experience. Ordered an item during the Black Friday sale and a few days later, was contacted via email to say they had mixed up stock numbers and my items was no longer available - not ideal! I can’t fault the team for their help in trying to sort this by ordering my item in a different colour and price matching. Communication to my emails (especially by Libby) was excellent, typically getting a response within the same day. A tricky start but happy with how it all worked out in the end. I would recommend and shop with confidence.
I had a great service from Dressage Deluxe. The item was competitively priced. Delivery was quick and easy. Item arrived as described.
Outstanding service - unfortunately delivery arrived damaged, but this was not Dressage Deluxe fault, I received immediate email responses and a replacement arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service and high quality goods, highly recommend.
If I could give 0 I would. Dreadful company put prices online that are clearly wrong let you pay for goods and then sit on them. Once contacted they said the price was wrong, agreed a price match amd difference to be refunded over 4 weeks and still no refund. I would AVOID this company.
I made an order a month ago and still don't have the item. They said 9 days to send out, emailed after two weeks they said shouldn't be long. Now over a month a they've ignored my latest email
I ordered an item as a Christmas present and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size so I sent a request for a replacement. But to date there has been no response to three emails, telephone calls are unanswered and the ChatBot is unresponsive.
Updated - Connected via Chatbot and hopefully the issue has been resolved!
