The items we ordered were not manufactured correctly and were not bowed and twisted.
It would appear that their web site statement that "Dresser Mouldings provide a quality assured product and a first class level or customer service" is no more than reassuring words, reality being very different.
When we reported this we were told that "this does sometimes happen unfortunately".
Their web site also states "where the buyer receives sub standard or incorrect goods they should inform the seller within 48 hours, the seller will arrange collection of goods..." This was not our experience.
What we experienced was push back and told to try and use them !

Unfortunately the items never arrived. Having raised the issue with PayPal, I was emailed by Dresser Mouldings, the conversation started cordially enough but the receptionist soon opted to take an unhelpful and condescending tone with me. I was then provided a signature, which is not mine (I’ve provided PayPal with a copy of my signature) When I disputed the veracity of the signature she persisted in being annoyed with me, telling me what I should and should not have done??? Bizarre and completely unprofessional attitude.
