Awful, rude and oblivious
I've never had such an awful experience as a consumer.
The owner turned what could have been a painless experience into an antagonistic face off.
Despite stating their returns policy online, staff at The Dresser refused to verbally acknowledge it's existence when I came to pick up an online order.
The fact that a return policy is a consumer right seems to escape both members of staff. They denied they gave returns and repeatedly asked me to try on the item in-store.
Awful attitude and downright illegal behaviour.
If you do visit, come with a copy of your consumer rights. I certainly won't be back.
