i dont know who in their right mind thought it was okay to make this, but i want to cvrse their whole family
i get 2 attempts per question, with zero support other than a useless video that doesnt help, and get this, SOMETIMES THERE ISNT EVEN A VIDEO.
why is it an option to set a student ONE HUNDRED QUESTIONS. do you seriously think thats motivational or will help a student learn?!
i have attempted to KRILL MYSELF over this stupid website, its that bad.
is it normal to take 5 hours to complete a 30 question homework? NO. the questions are way too long and dont give any help at all.
the questions dont accomodate to different people, they make no sense and you have to answer in specific ways despite there being other correct versions, and no specification on the answer method.

i hate this thing with all my heart and i am always getting kicked out of the website for some technical isues and it is all a glithcy mess when it comes to learning. i am not dumb and i know that some of the answers are correct that i put in the boxes and then they are marked as wrong. i do not recomend this website. i think this website is awful and that it should dissapear.

As a Maths teacher in a school who have implemented Dr Frost Maths to a high degree of success, I highly endorse this website as a learning tool.
The support videos and worked solutions are a valuable learning tool and I like being able to set learners tasks that require a degree of accuracy to be marked as complete, avoiding learners simply inputting wrong answers to show a completed homework.
We have seen excellent progress from learners who engage well with Dr Frost tasks we set.

My experience with DrFrostMaths has been nothing short of underwhelming and frustrating. As a teacher searching for quality online math resources, I had high hopes for this platform, only to be met with disappointment at every turn.

It's counterintuitive, making it difficult to find the specific materials or topics I need for my lessons. Furthermore, the platform lacks innovation and engagement. In an era where interactive and visually stimulating educational tools are abundant, DrFrostMaths feels archaic. To add insult to injury, customer support is virtually nonexistent. Attempting to resolve any issues or seek clarification on certain topics proved to be an exercise in futility. It's disheartening to see a company that claims to support education fall short in such a fundamental aspect.

There are far superior alternatives available that offer a more modern approach to teaching mathematics. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options for a truly enriching educational experience. One star is generous considering the myriad of issues with DrFrostMaths.

My head is literally fried and about to explode from trying to help my 11 year old son (year 7) on how to do his maths revision without giving the answers, as some of these questions are ridiculously hard and where asked in year 10/11 when I was in school 23 years ago. Furthermore he had 27 questions of the same BS about a 4 sided and 6 sided dice all of which was worded differently that didn't explain if he had to add, subtract, multiply or divide and he ended getting 95% of them 27 questions wrong!! and to put the cherry on top the 1 question said he was wrong then and it showed the answer and it ended up being the same to what he originally inputted!!!! So thanks to this he's probably going to be put in a lower maths class when his maths knowledge is really good and only had 7 questions wrong in total before he was given these BS questions. And if this is the case now then I dread to think what year 11 maths is like.

DETAILED REVIEW:
Dr Frost maths has given me so much anxiety and un-necessary stress. Every time i get a notification that i have been set homework on dr frost i know i'm going to be fighting for my life. At my school they have been using Dr Frost for around 4 years now and i still feel the same amount of dread in getting a Dr Frost homework then i did 4 years ago. On top of the website being so glitchy it has marked my correct answers as wrong for no reason. Now you would that 'oh it marked it wrong because you missed 0.14' or something like that but no these are very correct answers which i have check on a variety of different sites still seem to come up wrong. On top of that the site will ask me to change my user because it doesn't exist i have check with my teacher many times and its just the site crashing over and over again. I really wish it would give us more attempts to questions, 2 tries is not enough and the hint of "the answer is not correct, escaping through a helicopter" (if you do dr frost you will understand) which i get is the creator trying to use a bit of humour just makes me want to chuck my computer on the floor and scream at the next person that talks to me, please just give more helpful hints or even highlight where the hell i went wrong.
Now back to the part about how stressful it is:
this website has made me spend hours and hours on questions which just don't load or are actually impossible to complete without a video and when you do have a video the video doesn't teach the hard sections which people get stuck on. This app is just so bad for your mental heath and will keep me up at night thinking about these questions. As i said above: this web gives me anxiety and stress on a 30 minute prep which ends up 7 hours long all because of this website sent from hell.
In conclusion to my review just don't think about Dr Frost maths as an option if you're a teacher, i have talked to many of my friends about this and they all feel the same. As a student i should not be feeling this stressed over a bloody maths prep.

This site is a buggy mess. The site is having a big problem as getting a question wrong removes my completion while getting one correct doesn't add to my completion. The answer system is stupid as I need to put everything in the order that they want for it too count. Also there is no age limit so half the time you will be doing questions for little children. Ridiculous horrible website.

I really hope the creator of this has the most catastrophic awful terrible unlikeable day. Every week. Every single week, me and many other students have to endure the pain and heartbreak of doing homework on this app. Is it fair? Of course not! We as a nation, must look forward and think, how is this helping us? The answer is simple. Simply, this piece of human waste does not help us in any way shape or form. I feel a hatred and begin to gag everytime i hear the phrase ‘ dr frost ‘ and am quite traumatized and have severe ptsd. This is no longer a joke, and i can’t stand for this diabolical behaviour anymore. Please sort yourselves out and let me have more than 2 goes at the question before marking it wrong. Please come to terms with the pain you put us through. Please change your ways.

Giving it one star is too generous. Firstly, all of my progress on key skills tasks from before the update (which made it worse than before) were completely erased. Secondly, any time I am using Dr Frost it crashes which makes it extremely annoying to use especially on homework deadlines. Thirdly, it is not user friendly at all.

It isn't terrible, just not very convenient and not the best. I'm not saying it's unusable, just not preferable to use. There are other websites that are far better than this one and are less tedious. My reasons for disliking this site is that the space you get for working out is very small so usually what should be single lines of calculations spread out over several lines. As well as this, the site introduced a feature that makes it so that you cannot see the mark scheme for answers you got wrong, meaning that you can't really improve. It's not the best. Just do a past paper or something and you will probably improve more.
