From my Intial telephone enquiry I was directed to the Sales Team. The sales executive explained the different options I had with regards to the car I was interested in buying. I was given a rough price guide for my car which was bettered once I had submitted photos and service history. At this point I left a deposit to secure the car on first refusal basis, subject to viewing.
When I went to view the car which was unannounced I was dealt with straight away by the sales executive who took my original telephone enquiry and I was taken to the car for an initial inspection.
On the day of the handover the same sales executive dealt with all of the paperwork which I completed on their secure portal, which was pretty seamless. The sales executive also ran through the controls and different features before driving the car away.
More than happy with the service and the car.

Overall had a shocking experience
Overall had a shocking experience, poor customer service. ended up handing back the Q5 (grey2018) after 3 weeks, took the car in as could hear a strange noise, states they couldn’t find a fault then stated it was the differential they would need to get it replaced under the warranty. Upon looking closer at the car we noticed some parts had been replaced on the front end, different dates and codes on the parts looks like they were purchased from a salvage car place, noticed that the car was out of line in certain places, myself and my mechanic believe this car had been involved in a unrecorded accident. Full refund received, I will not be having any further dealings with this company! Awful/dodgy

Lim Wong sales adviser excellent
Purchased a car here and dealt with Lim Wong, he was excellent throughout whole process with no pressure at all and extremely helpful even whilst I was on holiday!
Couldn’t recommend him and Epsom high enough, puts other dealerships of same brand nearby to shame with service you get from moment walk in.
