Completely hassle free collection of my car today sold via Carwow by Fuzz. Fuzz was super friendly from the moment he first made contact yesterday, he called me first thing this morning to explain he'd been held up on his previous job and that he'd be a bit late which really wasn't an issue for me. He kept me informed on his journey to me and actually arrived earlier than he first thought. He was very thorough but fair in his inspection of the car, again remaining friendly but professional at all times. Within no time at all he'd checked the car over and taken it for a test drive. While we were standing chatting my phone pinged several times with alerts to confirm the V5C had been processed and that the money was in my bank from the buyer. Shortly after Fuzz was on his way to drop the car off at the buyer.

Thanks once again Fuzz, you made the whole process smooth and easy and completely put my mind at ease. It's a big thing having a stranger turn up to collect a car like this, but you made it hassle free and stress free.

I had a very positive experience with Fuzz from DriiveMe. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly throughout and clearly explained the process from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates which made the whole experience straightforward and reassuring. The vehicle was collected smoothly and everything was handled efficiently. We sold our car thru CarWow and the dealer used DriiveMe to collect the car.
Great comms to confirm the collection, driver arrived slightly late but that was ok as we weren't going out.

The driver, Akmal Asifi, did his inspection of the car and told the dealer that there was a fault with the seat belt reminder on the dash. I told Akmal that there was no fault and that the seat belt warning would go off as soon as the car was driven, which it did but he still insisted this was a fault. The dealer even said it wasn't a fault and that it was normal on a 2023 Renault Clio.

Akmal then told the dealer that the front drivers side bumper was scratched!!! Completely false. I asked Akmal to show me this as the car was in A1 condition without a single mark on it. When he pointed to the bumper, I told him to show me exactly where the scratches were. He couldn't, but insisted they were on his photos and told the dealer it was scratched. I sternly argued this and the dealer again, chose not to listen to Akmal as I'd already submitted numerous pics of the condition of the car to the dealer beforehand.

DriiveMe, you seriously need to have a word with Akmal and retrain him on knowing the warning lights on cars and what actually constitutes a scratch on unmarked paintwork.
Question to DriiveMe, do you drivers get paid to falsely declare damage and faults on cars they are picking up on behalf of dealers as that was the impression we got when Akmal was making up false concerns.
