Terrible customer service. No response to to emails, no option to telephone.
Had a subscription for about six months. Got charged for December 24 and no delivery happened so tried to contact 2 weeks later to find out what is going on. Nothing out of then, only received email that my subscription is cancelled. Later my December money returned but they kept delivery charge!!?? And not a word from the company to explain. Don’t bother - drinks are great but not worth the hustle with such a rude service.

Last order was short due to being sold out.
I emailed you to say don't refund me and to send the rest when in stock.
But heard nothing back from you and was refunded.

So good to finally find a non sweet drink instead of alcohol. However, also good with gin!

Very flavourless. I bought this water because of its ‘healthy’ advertising, this water became flat very quickly and is almost flavourless. I paid £3.50 for a pack of 4, I would recommend any other drink instead.

I have tried the lemon & lime and raspberry, strawberry & blueberry and found them really refreshing.

Just the thing for hydration with flavour on a low carb diet, or just if you don't like the overly sweet fizzy stuff. It's insanely refreshing and rather delicious. I've always got a few cans in the fridge.

We love this drink. Watermelon is our favourite. We always order direct as the price is good and delivery rapid.

An excellent drink. I like fizzy drinks but unfortunately I don't like the taste of sweetners so these drinks are ideal, as no sweetners. My favourite is Raspberry, Strawberry and Blueberry, but I will happily drink all three. Yes they do cost a bit more than other cans but so much healthier as no sugar, so totally worth it.

The Yuzu, Lime and Lemon is the only flavour we like but it is really nice. Taking a can from the fridge of something so refreshing but completely guilt free is worth the extra money.

Poor customer service and constant delays

Liked the packaging and the fact its natural ingredients so i thought I'd pay the premium price for another low calorie drink option. Unfortunately the watermelon flavour was weak at best. Very boring. I don't think I'll bother with the other flavours.

Really impressed with the solid flavour profile. I’ve been drinking Ugly Water the past year and love that too, but the unique flavours from loveau really peaked my interest and didn’t disappoint. I’m particularly pleased there’s no sweeteners or rubbish, totally 5 stars you’ll be happy you tried it!
