Awful, just awful. Ordered on 3rd feb, took money on 3rd feb, no email confirmation, no invoice, no receipt, no dispatch and oh yeah no delivery. I’ve rung, emailed direct & through amazon, facebooked, tweeted and this company does not contact you. I’ve to wait 30days before I can claim money back through bank. I’m also reporting them to trading standards. This is by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with.
Ordered the red leather look one as a gift. It arrived very dusty inside and outside of the packaging once opened the leather look is nothing like and feels like a cheap sports bag from the 90s. I originally spotted them on a Facebook video where they had an attractive fabric liner but these don't theyre just a silver cool bag. Good luck getting any real response from them aswell they never answer the phone or Facebook messages I have recieved an email response requesting more info to see if they could help however the replys to this appear to be ignored also. IMHO don't bother a novel idea followed up by a half finished design and backed by customer services Basil Fawlty would be proud of
